If you sign up but are unable to attend, we ask that you let us know so someone else can take your place. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When &amp; where<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Contributor Day will take place on Sunday, May 12th, at the SiteGround offices in Plovdiv. The exact address is 65A Svoboda Blvd., floor 6. Tell the security guards you are there for the event on the 6th floor, and they will let you in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The office building is right next to the Mall of Plovdiv so you can use their parking if you&#8217;re driving there. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We kick off at 10 am and we&#8217;ll finish at 2 pm. At noon, we&#8217;ll take a lunch break. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contributor Day schedule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As we mentioned, we&#8217;ll start at 10 am. Stanimir Stoyanov will lead us in by telling us about the different teams working on WordPress; we&#8217;ll then continue with the workshops. Here&#8217;s what we have in store for you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stanko Metodiev will introduce us to the WordPress Core. He&#8217;ll demonstrate how to install the development environment, how to review bugs and feature requests, and how to participate in their development and testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, we will host a kids workshop lead by Plamena Atanassova. The youngest Contributor day participants will create their first WordPress websites, and will learn how to customize then and populate them with different types of content. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Silvina Furnadzhieva has been given the important task of getting people involved in translations.
